TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Please have your measurements done by a tuxedo or formalwear shop. Most stores will perform this service for a nominal fee. We cannot be responsible for measurements provided by you that are not correct. Plan to come to our shop for a fitting of your tuxedo on the Wednesday, Thursday or Friday prior to the wedding. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU TRY ON YOUR TUXEDO IN THE SHOP. We will do everything possible to make any necessary corrections. However, special shipping charges may apply. We cannot make any changes to your tuxedo after 4:30 PM on the Friday before the event.

Your rental tuxedo must be returned on the first day of business following the event. Returns after the first day of business will incur a $25 per day late fee.

By checking the box below you agree to the terms of our contract and understand that:

• All sales are final
• Payments are not refundable
• Apparel & accessories must be returned in good condition on the first day of business after use
• A late charge of $25 PER DAY will be automatically charged if rental apparel & accessories are not returned on the first day of business after use.
• Renter will pay for all damages or losses to rental apparel & accessories.
• In order to ensure a proper fit the renter must come in to Aurora Unique Bridal Boutique and try on apparel.
• The damage waiver covers repairable damage only. Renter is fully responsible for any non-repairable damage.
• Aurora Unique Bridal Boutique is not responsible for personal items left in the apparel.
